(Class of 2020) Ann Lee took my college essays to levels I didn’t imagine. Before her counseling, I had decent extracurriculars and only a few ideas for essays. Ann took those extracurriculars and helped me define my narrative. She then guided me to look inside myself and find what captured my personality. After the ideas, she relentlessly kept me on track to write and finish all of my essays on an effective timeline. Even though I came in as a bad writer, she helped me express my sophisticated ideas in elegant and engaging prose. By the end of the process, I had submitted some amazing essays, I had become a better writer, and I understood myself a bit more. I think I am a better writer for life and I owe this to Ann Lee.
