(Class of 2025) ADC, you were the difference. I didn’t just get through this process—I came out of it clear-headed, confident, and still some joy intacted, and that’s because of you. I was accepted to over 15 colleges, including three Ivies and the top UCs, but what really stayed with me wasn’t the acceptances. It was how you helped me stay steady when I was mentally exhausted, helped me adjust strategies and pivot, and reminded me that I could do this. Since freshman year, you didn’t just ask about my dream schools. You asked about who I was becoming. That mattered. You helped me find my major, challenged me to think bigger, and never let me lose myself in the pressure. There were times that I was overwhelmed and frozen. Somehow, you always knew what I needed: a checklist, a pep talk, a journal, sharing your personal experiences, and someone to believe in me when I didn’t. Thank you for showing up with honesty, heart, and real care. You taught me more than how to apply to college—you taught me how to stay grounded in the midst of uncertainty. I’ll carry the life skills I’ve learned—about self-awareness, time management, and confidence—long after college begins. Thank you!
